Colour Disclaimer

Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography etc, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen as an exact colour of the product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colours are approximations of actual colours.



Polyflor Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to Mercado and HFD Scotland customers who make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period. By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotional Period
The promotion begins on Monday 18th May and ends at 23:59 (local time) on Friday 29th May, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed outside this window are not eligible. Orders need to be delivered by Friday 29th May to qualify.

3. Offer Details
The promotion applies only to Polysafe Standard 2mm and Polysafe Wood FX only. Any full rolls (20lin metres) purchased and invoiced between promotional period date will qualify for £10 Love 2 Shop voucher.

Love 2 Shop vouchers will be processed after 29th May and qualifying vouchers received by no later than 31st August 2026.

4. Order Requirements
All orders must be fully paid at the time of purchase to qualify. Any failed or incomplete payment may result in cancellation or delays.

5. Delivery Guarantee
a. Delivery guarantee applies only to orders placed within the promotional period and to locations within the designated delivery areas.
b. Unexpected events outside the company’s control—such as severe weather, courier delays, customs issues, or incorrect delivery information—may affect delivery timelines.
c. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
d. Customers must accept delivery on orders on or before Friday 29th May 2026.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Standard return and exchange policies apply unless otherwise specified. Any returned items must meet the applicable return criteria.

7. Limitations and Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances arise that prevent proper administration of the offer. Any such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the promotion or any delivery delays outside its control.
